Cyclonus appears during a communication to his fellow robot Galvatron through Galvatron's holo messager. He summons Galvatron to a mysterious meeting, which takes Galvatron away from the Arena and out of the Never-ending Story1 for a time.

In order to communicate with Galvatron, Cyclonus has a holo messager. The holo messager displays a holographic image of the person he is communicating with[NeS1 1].

Cyclonus contacts Galvatron via their holo messagers and summons his fellow robot to a mysterious meeting. Galvatron must first request permission to leave the arena after being summoned there by Ares[NeS1 1], which is swiftly granted[NeS1 2].
