Egypt

Egypt is one of the oldest, continuous nations on the planet Earth, starting in the Copper Age straight through to the Modern Era. Based in northern Africa, it is one of the basins for the world's culture and was often a focal point for many empires that would come to conquer the land. Through much of its history, the land was ruled by a pharaoh, who was advised by a vizier. The famous Pyramid of Giza was original built by Highemperor as a prison for his daughter, Indigo Shade, who attempted to rebel against him and conquer the High Empire for herself. He used the land's nexus as the tool for this prison, but she was freed by Thoth when he transformed the nexus into a new ultranexus.
