Frank Smith is an agent for the Time Enforcement Agency and joined the NeS Heroes for a while. As an agent of the TEA, he possessed a CynthAI Mk IV in his watch. He only ever knew his boss as "Mysterious Person" until later learning she is Chronos, the Potential version of Apple, one of the NeS Heroes. He was going through a mid-life crisis when he joined the NeS Heroes, having left his husband for a younger man.
