The Lightning Amulet is a magical artefact wielded by Gamma Pans, an X-Krypton and former Custodian of the X-Krypton City on Saturn. He left Saturn along with the humans of Camelot and ventured forth across the Milky Way Galaxy with the amulet. He revealed that the amulet was passed down to him through the generations.

Description[]

Appearance[]

The amulet is gold with a precious red-pink imperial topaz at the centre, a very rare and expensive gemstone[Pan 1].

Functionality[]

Magical Lightning[]

The magical lightning of the amulet is incredibly potent, more potent even than the lightning magic of a half-faerie. Its bolts are a bright white plasmatic blast[Pan 2]. When in the hands of Omega Wier the amulet was able to produce masses of lightning magic that it resembled a great magical storm that destroyed many dust-ghosts in the Forsaken Valley[Pan 3].

History[]

Early History[]

The Lightning Amulet came to Saturn when a great calamity opened the sky and the amulet fell down into a lake where the ancestors of Gamma Pans were. Since then the amulet has been passed down from generation-to-generation[Pan 1]. However it was revealed that the ancestors of Gamma Pans actually stole the amulet from the ancestors of Omega Wier[Pan 3].

Space Camelot[]

Gamma Pans first displayed the lightning amulet to the humans of Earth when he used it in battle against raiders that attacked the X-Krypton City while some of the knights were present. His power was proved to be more affective against the liquid armour of the Kryptons than the magic of The Faerie Knight and the standard human weapons[Pan 2].

Notes[]

Britt's Commentary[]

"The lightning amulet was part of the stipulated character of Gamma Pans by his original designer for the Chinese Students Competition." ~ Britt the Writer
