The NeS Illustrated is the comic version of the Never-ending Story drawn first by Krig the Writer and then by Ping-Me the Writer. The comic loosely follows the events of the NeS as written by the Writers but with some variations in the narrative either for coherence or style. Along with the main comic comes a box of additional artwork that is usually design concepts for various characters.
